CSI Support Specialist New
The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, self-starting CSI Support Specialist to join our core team. In this role, you will be the face of our customer experience, solving complex problems and ensuring our clients maximize the value of our software. What You Will Do
- Solve Problems: Deliver high-level technical support via phone and remote desktop connections.
- Onboard Clients: Guide new clients smoothly through the software activation and setup process.
- Maintain Success: Troubleshoot software anomalies and ensure clients run optimized versions.
- Create Resources: Author clear, user-friendly software documentation and help files.
What We Are Looking For
- Domain Knowledge: Direct experience in accounting and/or payroll operations.
- Tech Savvy: General competency in MS Office and standard business software.
- Analytical Mindset: Sharp troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Client-First Attitude: Proven customer service experience with excellent communication.
- Ownership: A strong desire to manage projects independently from start to finish.
- Precision: A habit of delivering accurate, neat, orderly, and timely work.
